Our work in different sectors of the telecoms industry means we stay current and helps us understand how the same legislation can impact different parties in subtly different ways.

Lease Read

We will review the Lease to determine your existing rights, whether the Lease is holding-over, whether there are any issues with outstanding rent reviews, if there are any vulnerabilities such as CTIL v (1) Ashloch Ltd and (2) AP Wireless II (UK) Ltd.

Review Drawings

We will review drawings to determine whether any additional works are required, whether a GDC is required, whether the proposal is feasible, and whether revised drawings are needed to support Planning.

Identify Planning Issues

We will review the Local Planning Authority’s Local Plan to ascertain their attitude towards Telecoms developments and whether your proposal is De Minimis, you have GPDO or if Full Planning is required.

Planning Submissions

Where required, we can write a Regulation 5 (LN) letter to the Local Authority on your behalf. Similarly, we can prepare Landlord Courtesy Letters and the like.
